Run your WooCommerce store from one organized workspace
StoreCashier is a WooCommerce inventory management and point of sale (POS) plugin that brings your day-to-day retail and wholesale operations into WordPress. Manage products, suppliers, customers, purchases, counter sales, stock, payment accounts, reports and business settings without switching between disconnected tools.
Whether you run a physical shop, warehouse, small retail business, wholesale operation or a WooCommerce store with both online and counter sales, StoreCashier gives your team a focused inventory and POS dashboard built around WooCommerce products and orders.
Your website and sales counter stay connected. StoreCashier works with WooCommerce products, variations, orders, taxes and stock, helping you maintain one product catalogue, one order history and a more accurate view of your business.

The demo lets you review the dashboard, products, inventory, POS, purchases, sales, accounting, reports and settings from a real WordPress admin workspace.
Built for WooCommerce
StoreCashier requires WooCommerce. It uses WooCommerce products and variations as the storefront catalogue, creates WooCommerce orders for POS sales, reads WooCommerce tax settings and synchronizes inventory quantities. This provides a familiar WordPress foundation and avoids forcing administrators to maintain a separate online catalogue.
Documentation, support and contact
Privacy
StoreCashier does not send usage analytics or telemetry to the plugin author. Documentation, support, demo and upgrade pages are opened only when an administrator chooses those links.
External services
StoreCashier can optionally send transactional email, SMS or WhatsApp messages when an administrator enables and configures a provider. No messaging provider is contacted by default. Depending on the selected service, the recipient phone number, message text and authentication credentials are sent to that provider to deliver the message.
Supported services include:
Administrators may also configure their own SMTP server or custom SMS/WhatsApp HTTP endpoint. Data sent to a custom endpoint is governed by that endpoint operator's terms and privacy policy.
- Install StoreCashier from Plugins > Add New, or upload the
storecashier folder.
- Activate StoreCashier.
- Install and activate WooCommerce when prompted.
- Open Inventory Management in the WordPress admin menu.
- Configure your business information, location, currency, tax and invoice settings.
- Assign products to locations and enter opening stock.
- Add payment accounts, suppliers and store staff as needed.
- Open Sales & POS > POS to begin a counter sale.
StoreCashier Pro is a complete replacement for the free edition. Activating Pro safely deactivates the free plugin and continues using the same StoreCashier database tables, so existing data is retained.
