- creates a regular published WordPress page containing the withdrawal form;
- shows an order-specific request link on the order received page and individual order details page;

The [hknl_herroepingsformulier] shortcode remains available for a custom form page. The [hknl_herroepingsknop] shortcode remains available for deliberate manual placement.

Why can the "Herroepingsverzoek" page appear in my navigation?
The plugin creates a regular published WordPress page named "Herroepingsverzoek". Depending on your active theme, this page may automatically appear as a link or button in the site navigation. If you do not want this navigation link, for example because it does not fit your site layout, remove it manually. For classic themes, go to Appearance > Menus, open your main menu, remove "Herroepingsverzoek" from the menu, and click "Save Menu". For block themes, go to Appearance > Editor > Navigation, select the "Herroepingsverzoek" link, remove it, and click "Save". The withdrawal buttons on the order received page and the individual order details page will continue to work.
Does the plugin decide whether a customer has a right to withdraw?
No. The plugin only records and confirms the request. The store owner reviews the request and handles the next steps.
Where is the request action displayed?
The order-specific withdrawal button is displayed on the order received page and the individual order details page.
Does the plugin send data to external services?
The plugin does not call an external API and does not add tracking. Email is sent through the standard WordPress mail function. The website's mail configuration may use an external email provider selected by the site owner.
What is removed when the plugin is uninstalled?
The plugin settings and page marker are removed. Existing pages and private order notes remain in place to avoid deleting store records or administrator-created content.
