Submissions Auto Cleanup for Elementor is a lightweight WordPress plugin that helps keep your Elementor Pro form submissions database clean. Elementor Pro can store submitted form data inside the WordPress admin area. Over time, this list can become very large, especially on websites with active contact forms, lead forms, or application forms. This plugin automatically removes stored Elementor Pro submissions that are older than a configurable retention period. By default, submissions older than 31 days are deleted. The cleanup process removes the related database records from the Elementor submissions tables, including: This helps reduce database growth and supports data minimization practices. Important: This plugin only deletes stored Elementor Pro submissions from the WordPress database. It does not delete emails that were already sent to inboxes or external mail services.

Upload the plugin ZIP file via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress. Go to Tools > Elementor Submissions Cleanup. Review or adjust the retention period. Enable automatic cleanup if it is not already enabled. Save the settings. The plugin will then run automatically using WordPress Cron.
