Sometimes we break things in WordPress.
It could be the theme, plugins or some custom code.
When this happens we should go to the official Support Forum (there is one in your native language for sure) looking for help, but sometimes we don't know what we should say about our problem.
That's why we created the Support Helper.
Features
For now we can:
- Get log info from any link without set WP_DEBUG.
- Share website NOT SENSITIVE information with support forum volunteers.
- Create a way to get diagnostic and make some basic verifications even with website down through FTP.
安装:
- Upload the entire
support-helperfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
- Install and Activate the plugin through the 'Add New' submenu into 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

I don't know how to create a support topic
Please visit the Welcome page of Support Forum.
I can't access my website
Unhappily we still do not support a diagnostic when website is down.
I have a error in just one page
You can go to Tools > WP_DEBUG menu and change the default URL to check the page you got a error.
