TechWizard Packing Video Link for WooCommerce helps store teams document how an order was packed. The plugin lets an authorized store user:

• save one current packing video URL on each order,
• open, update, or delete the saved URL,
• see an optional packing video column in the order list,
• manually send a WooCommerce-styled customer email,
• choose whether registered orders use the billing email, account email, or both,
• immediately show each accepted send as a visually distinct private order note without reloading the order page,
• use the site's mailer or an optional plugin-scoped SMTP connection with a test message,
• customize the email subject, heading, introduction, and closing text.

The video button, video URL, and WooCommerce order details are mandatory email blocks. Editing the optional copy cannot remove them. The plugin supports High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and the legacy order datastore. It uses WooCommerce CRUD APIs for order data. External services This plugin does not upload, download, inspect, or automatically request the video URL. It does not send telemetry or contact TechWizard servers. When an administrator or customer explicitly opens a saved link, their browser connects to the video hosting provider selected by the store owner. The store owner is responsible for the provider's terms, privacy policy, access controls, and retention period. The default mail route is the site's existing WordPress/WooCommerce mailer. If a store administrator explicitly selects and configures the optional custom SMTP route, the plugin connects to that administrator-specified SMTP provider only while sending a packing-video email or test email. The recipient, subject, message body, order details, and video URL are then transmitted to that provider. The plugin does not provide or preselect an SMTP service; the store owner is responsible for the chosen provider's terms and privacy policy. Privacy A packing video URL and the video behind it may contain personal or commercially sensitive information. The URL is included in the WooCommerce personal data export for the related order and is removed when WooCommerce erases that order's personal data. Deactivating the plugin does not delete data. On uninstall, plugin settings are removed. Order video URLs are retained by default unless the store owner explicitly enables their removal in the plugin settings. Uninstalling the plugin cannot delete a video from an external provider. The plugin sends an email only after an authorized user explicitly clicks the send button. The selected route can be the site's WordPress/WooCommerce mail system or the plugin-scoped custom SMTP connection. Custom SMTP credentials are stored locally. The password is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a product-specific key derived from the site's WordPress security keys and is never displayed back in the settings form. Changing those keys requires entering the SMTP password again. STARTTLS or SMTPS is mandatory, certificate verification cannot be disabled, and an SMTP failure does not silently fall back to the site mailer. For each manual send, the order screen lets the store user select the billing address, the linked account address, or both. Guest orders offer only the billing address. Duplicate addresses receive one message; different addresses receive separate messages. Accepted or partially accepted sends create a privacy-minimized private order note. A successful mail result means that the selected mail server accepted the message; it does not prove inbox delivery. If an accepted message does not arrive, the store owner must check spam filtering, sender alignment, and the hosting or SMTP provider's outgoing logs. The order screen distinguishes a WordPress wp_mail_succeeded confirmation from a possible pre_wp_mail interception or an external WooCommerce mail callback.
