An order was placed — but the payment never arrived.
Tom Volz Unpaid Order Follow-Ups for WooCommerce automatically follows up with customers when their WooCommerce order is still unpaid. Create multiple reminder rules, choose when each reminder should be sent, customize the email and include a direct payment link for the individual order.
The important difference is control: you are not limited to a single reminder.
Create several follow-ups with different delays and messages, apply them to Pending payment and/or On hold orders, and let the plugin stop further reminders automatically when the order is paid.

- Install and activate WooCommerce.
- Upload the plugin ZIP through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Activate Tom Volz Unpaid Order Follow-Ups for WooCommerce.
- Open Unpaid Order Follow-Ups in the WordPress admin.
- Create your first reminder rule.

Yes. The free plugin supports multiple reminder rules, so you can build a multi-step follow-up sequence.
Can each reminder have different timing?
Yes. Each rule can have its own delay.
Can I include a payment link?
Yes. Use {payment_link} to include the payment link for the individual unpaid order.
What happens when the customer pays?
Further follow-ups stop automatically when the order is paid.
Can I follow up existing unpaid orders?
Yes. Existing Pending payment and On hold orders can be synchronized.
Can I test a reminder before using it?
Yes. Each saved rule has a test email function.
Which order statuses are supported?
Rules can be applied to Pending payment, On hold, or both.
How are delayed reminders processed?
The plugin uses WooCommerce Action Scheduler for delayed processing.
