TrazoForms is a form builder for people who care how their forms look and who can use them. Every form comes accessible out of the box, adapts to light and dark mode, and can be styled without writing CSS. Design that works everywhere

Eleven color palettes, starting from a neutral one in whites and greys, each with a light and a dark version. Every color pair is checked against WCAG 2.1 contrast minimums, so text stays readable on every background.
Light, dark or automatic mode. In automatic mode, each visitor sees the form in the mode their device uses.
Live preview that shows the real form, not a mockup: what you see in the builder is exactly what visitors get.
Six fonts to choose from, three sans serif and three serif, or use your theme's font. They are served from your own site, never from Google, and visitors only download the one your form uses.
Frame and header options, including a logo and a background image, without writing any code.

Accessible by default

Labels, help text and error messages are correctly linked for screen readers.
Radio buttons and checkboxes are grouped in fieldsets with a legend.
A validation summary at the top of the form lists every error, with a link to each field.
Errors are never shown with color alone.
Required fields are always announced to screen readers, whichever visual marker you choose.
The public form works without JavaScript; JavaScript only improves the experience.

Everything you need to collect information

19 field types: text, paragraph, number, email (with optional confirmation), phone, website, date, time, full name, address, dropdown, multi-select, multiple choice, checkboxes, file upload, consent, hidden field, HTML block and section break.
Conditional logic: show or hide fields based on previous answers. Conditions are also checked on the server, so a hidden field is never validated or saved.
Merge tags to include submitted values in emails and confirmation messages.
Two fully editable email notifications — one to the site administrator, one confirming receipt to the person who filled out the form — with their own sender, subject, message and a live preview using made-up sample data.
One confirmation after submitting: a message, a page on your site or a redirect to any address.
Nine ready-made templates: contact, survey, event registration, job application, newsletter signup, donation pledge and more.

Search, filter, star and mark entries as read.
Spam and trash, with restore.

Built to be safe

Anti-spam without CAPTCHAs, on from the first form: a hidden trap field and a minimum time to fill out the form, plus an optional block on links. Suspected spam is kept in the Spam view, without sending any email, so nothing a real person sends is ever lost.
A limit on how many times the same visitor can submit the same form in a short time, to stop automated floods.
Optionally reject duplicate values, such as the same invoice number registered twice.
Open and close a form on specific dates, limit the number of responses or require visitors to be logged in.

Translation ready TrazoForms is written in English and is fully internationalized. Translations are delivered through translate.wordpress.org, so you can contribute yours there.

In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New and search for "TrazoForms".
Click Install Now, then Activate.
Go to TrazoForms → Add New, choose a template or start from a blank form, and save it.
Copy the shortcode shown next to the form title, for example [trazoforms id="1"], and paste it into any page or post.
