Turbo Retail Suite bundles the basic tools every WooCommerce retailer needs day to day: a working point of sale, printable barcode labels, bulk product editing and category-wide discounts.
What the free version includes
- Turbo POS — Single-register point of sale. Search products by name, SKU or barcode scan. Cart and checkout that creates a WooCommerce order. Cash / card payment recording. Printable HTML receipt with change calculation and an editable receipt template. Create products on the fly without leaving the till. Designed for small physical shops that want a simple working till without extra cost.
- Turbo Barcode — Code 128 barcode label generator for products and variations. Configurable templates (dimensions, spacing, padding), custom logo, field mapping (title, code, subtitle, extra) and additional dynamic fields. Live preview. Print one label per stock unit or one per product.
- Turbo Bulk Actions — Bulk-edit any number of products in one operation. Update regular price, sale price, stock quantity, stock status and product status. Increment or decrement by percentage or fixed amount. No product cap.
- Turbo Discount — Apply mass discounts to products filtered by category. Percentage or fixed-amount discount. Preview before applying.
- Turbo POS — complete edition — Multi-register with cashier sessions (opening float, close with per-method breakdown), X/Z reports, delivery notes (albaranes) with deposits, returns that issue store-credit vouchers, combined payments (cash + card + Bizum), camera barcode/QR scanning, WooCommerce coupons, manual discount, gift receipt, held orders, receipt template designer and order history with reprint. Do I need WooCommerce?
Yes. Turbo Retail Suite is a WooCommerce extension and won't work without it.
Is the LITE version free?
Yes. The LITE version is 100% free and open source under the GPLv2 license.
Does LITE expire or lock features?
No. Nothing in LITE expires, and nothing that is included today gets locked later. PRO features appear as labelled, inactive controls (disabled inputs with a "PRO" tag or a tooltip) so you can see what the paid edition adds; they never block or limit the free tools.
How many products can I bulk-edit with the LITE version?
There is no cap — bulk editing is unlimited in the free LITE version. LITE edits 5 fields (status, regular price, sale price, stock quantity, stock status). The PRO version adds about 25 editable fields, 5 numeric operations, batch processing and per-user undo.
Why does the LITE discount module only filter by category?
To keep the free experience simple. The PRO version adds filters by tags, price range, stock status, product type and creation date, plus scheduled start / end with automatic revert and one-click revert.
Does it work with variable products?
Yes. The barcode generator prints one label per variation in stock. Bulk editing and discounts apply to the parent product and propagate to its variations where applicable.
What does the LITE POS include and what is reserved for PRO?
LITE POS is a working single-register till: product search by name, SKU or barcode scan, cart, held orders, cash / card payment recording, change calculation, quick product creation and a printable HTML receipt with an editable template. Printing works the same way in both editions: from the browser to any printer installed on the system, thermal ticket printers included. The printed receipt ends with a small "Powered by Turbo Retail Suite" line. It is shown by default and you can switch it off in Turbo POS → General → Receipt footer. On the POS cart you will also see three inactive buttons — Coupon, Manual discount and Return with voucher — marked "PRO" with a tooltip. They do nothing in LITE and do not affect the sale. PRO adds those plus multi-register cashier sessions, X/Z reports, delivery notes, combined payments, camera barcode/QR scanning, gift receipts, a receipt template designer and order history with reprint.
Is it compatible with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)?
Yes. The plugin declares compatibility with HPOS and Cart/Checkout Blocks.

- New: LITE vs PRO page (Turbo Retail → LITE vs PRO) with prices, a module-by-module comparison table and three short FAQs. No remote content.
- New: the dashboard shows a one-line PRO summary with "Compare LITE and PRO" and "See PRO" buttons, plus a "PRO modules" grid (Voice Agent, Product Scraper, Tax Free, Retail API) with bundled cover images.
- New: contextual, clearly labelled inactive PRO controls — extra fields in Bulk Actions, extra filters and scheduling in Discount, EAN-13 / UPC-A / QR formats in Barcode settings, and Coupon / Manual discount / Return with voucher buttons on the POS cart. - Compatibility: tested with WordPress 7.1 and WooCommerce 11.1.
- Fixed: a bulk edit or category discount that reduced a sale price to zero or below could leave products marked as "on sale" for 0, effectively giving them away. Sale prices are now cleared instead of being set to zero.
- Fixed: a percentage or amount change applied to the sale price of a product that had no sale price now skips that product, instead of calculating the new price from zero.
- Improved: bulk edits and category discounts are now processed in batches with a progress indicator, so large catalogues no longer time out part-way through. The number of products an operation can affect is still unlimited.
- Fixed: barcode label printing now applies the "one label per unit in stock" setting to variable products, which previously always printed one label per unit regardless of the setting.
- Fixed: the Turbo POS menu now uses the same permission as the dashboard card, so shop managers are no longer shown a POS link they are not allowed to open.
- Fixed: payment details recorded with a POS order are no longer corrupted when they contain special characters.
- Security: product names, category names and server messages are now escaped before being displayed in the POS, preventing stored HTML from being executed in the cashier's browser.

- Housekeeping: uninstalling the plugin now removes all of its POS settings from the database.
- Performance: the Turbo POS front-end scripts and styles no longer load on every page of your storefront. The POS runs from your WordPress admin and does not need those assets on public pages, so your shop's front-end (home, catalog, cart and checkout) is now lighter and renders faster. The POS itself is unchanged.
- Turbo POS: the till no longer freezes on checkout — the "Processing…" button always recovers, even if printing or a browser hook misbehaves.
- Turbo POS: receipts now print through a hidden iframe, so they print reliably even when the browser blocks pop-ups (remote desktops, locked-down tills).
- Turbo POS: WooCommerce order emails are now sent in the background, so a slow mail server never delays completing a sale — emails are still always sent.
