Uruamerica Order Consolidator for WooCommerce solves one of the most common headaches for store owners: having to open every single order one by one to figure out what products you need to prepare for shipping. Instead of wasting time manually counting items across dozens of orders, this plugin groups all products from your completed orders within a date range and shows you exactly how many units of each product you need to pack — all in one clean, downloadable list. It's the picking list tool that WooCommerce is missing out of the box.

From the WordPress plugin repository (recommended):
  1. Go to Plugins → Add New in your WordPress admin
  2. Search for "Uruamerica Order Consolidator"
  3. Click Install Now then Activate
  4. Go to WooCommerce → Order Consolidation — no setup required
Manual installation:
  1. Download the plugin ZIP file
  2. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
  3. Upload the ZIP and click Install Now
  4. Activate the plugin

Does this plugin work with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)?

Yes. The plugin automatically detects whether your store is using WooCommerce's custom order tables (HPOS) or the classic post-based system, and works correctly with both. HPOS compatibility is fully declared.

Does it work with variable products?

Yes, and this is one of the plugin's strongest features. Each product variation is tracked and counted separately. If you sell a T-shirt in sizes S, M, L, and XL, the consolidation will show the exact quantity needed for each size — not just a combined total.

Can I filter by order status other than "Completed"?

Filtering by multiple order statuses (Processing, On Hold, Pending, and custom statuses) is available in the Pro version. The free version consolidates Completed orders only.

Can I filter by exact time, not just date?

Yes, but that feature is available in the Pro version. The free version works with full-day ranges (midnight to midnight).

Can I choose which specific orders to include or exclude?

Manual order selection with checkboxes is a Pro version feature. The free version includes all completed orders within the selected date range.

What does the TXT export look like?

The TXT file is a clean, aligned plain text table. It includes a header with consolidation metadata (date range, store name, generation timestamp), the product table with SKU, name, variation, type, and quantity, a totals row, and the list of included order numbers. Designed to be readable when printed or shared as a plain text message.

How many orders can it consolidate at once?

There is no hard limit. However, for stores processing thousands of orders per period, we recommend consolidating over shorter ranges (daily or weekly) to avoid long page load times.

Is this plugin compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions or other extensions?

Yes. The plugin reads standard WooCommerce order items and works alongside Subscriptions, Bookings, and most other WooCommerce extensions as long as orders are stored in the standard WooCommerce structure.

Does it support WordPress Multisite?

The plugin works on individual sites within a WordPress Multisite network. It does not aggregate orders across multiple sites in the same network.
