User ID Changer is a simple plugin which allows administrators to change User ID's of users on their WordPress sites.
It also changes the associated posts & comments for that new User ID.
It is always recommended to change the default admin user ID from 1 to something else.
User ID Changer is used at your own risk & carries not warranties.
If somethng untoward should happend, just re-run the User ID Changer and reassign the Old ID back again.
ALWAY BACKUP YOUR WORDPRESS DATABASE BEFORE MAKING CHANGES.
安装:
- Unzip the downloaded 'userid-changer.zip' file
- Upload the 'userid-changer' folder to '/wp-content/plugins' directory of your WordPress installation
- Activate the plugin via the WordPress Plugins page

Yes, the posts table post_author gets change to match the new User ID
I have a plugin that uses / duplicates the User ID’s, and it’s not working on my plugin
Email use the name of the plugin and we can investigate it. assist@interwebdefence.com
Something untoward happened and some of the data is missing
Re-run the User ID Changer on that User and reassign the Old ID back to it
Jetpack User
If you are using Jetpack and changing the User ID linked to Jetpack, please DEACTIVATE the Jetpack plugin, then changed the User ID, once changed. ACTIVATE the Jetpack plugin and press Connect to WordPress.com, then press Approve. This will then assign the new User ID to Jetpack.
