Vanilla Contact Form

This is a very simple contact form plugin that uses the wp_mail() function to send messages. The form is styled using Bootstrap 4 CSS, so it will visually fit well with many Wordpress themes that use some of the default Bootstrap styles.

After downloading and installing the plugin, activate it and simply place the shortcode [vanilla_contact_form] wherever you want the form to display in your page. The email messages are delivered to whatever email address is set as the administrator email for the Wordpress account.
