How accurate are the predictions?
Predictions improve over time. After 30 days of sales data, predictions are typically accurate within 20%. Products with consistent sales patterns get more accurate predictions.
What if a product has no sales history?
Products with no sales won't show predictions. The plugin needs at least 7 days of sales data to calculate velocity.
Can I exclude certain products?
Yes (Pro feature). Edit any product and check "Exclude from stock alerts" to remove it from predictions and reports.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click "Manage Subscription" in Settings to cancel anytime via Stripe's customer portal.
Which email receives the reports?
Reports go to your WordPress admin email. You can forward them to your warehouse team.
Does this work with variable products?
Yes! Each variation is tracked separately with its own predictions.
What happens after the free trial?
After 30 days, you're automatically charged $49/month. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
