VisioGalaxia adds a video call button to your website. When you are online, a green dot shows that you are available: your visitors can then reach you by video conference in a single click, directly from their browser, with no prior appointment and without installing any application. You stay in control of your availability, with three statuses reflected in real time on the button: available (green), busy (orange) and invisible. When you are busy, visitors can join a virtual queue and see their position; when you are away, they can leave you a message in a chat-style window: you receive it instantly by email and can reply directly from your mailbox, so you never lose a contact. The button is more than a single call link: when visitors hover over it (or tap it on mobile), a welcome screen presents every contact channel you have enabled — video call, audio-only call, live text chat, appointment booking. Only the channels you activate are shown, and the most relevant one is highlighted according to your status. Before each call, a short questionnaire lets your visitor describe their request: you receive this information together with the call, so you can choose whether or not to accept the connection. During the conversation, a collaborative whiteboard is available whatever the mode (video, audio or chat): draw together in real time (pen, eraser, colors, undo/redo), or display a PDF or an image (up to 10 MB) and annotate it with your visitor, then export your annotations as a PNG image. Shared documents are ephemeral: they are deleted at the end of the call, and at the latest within 24 hours. From your dashboard, you can also see in real time how many visitors are currently browsing your site — and start a proactive chat to invite one of them to talk with you. Sound and visual notifications alert you as soon as a visitor wants to reach you. Calls are protected by end-to-end encryption with perfect forward secrecy (AES-256-GCM, TLS 1.3): only you and your visitor can see and hear the conversation. Install and activate the plugin from your WordPress dashboard.
Create your account on https://visio.galaxia.paris and copy your token from the "Integration code" section.
In WordPress, go to Settings > VisioGalaxia.
Paste your token, then save.
(Optional) Choose the shape, text, position, color and language of the button.

Your video call button then appears automatically across your whole site.

Do I need a VisioGalaxia account?

Yes. The plugin links your WordPress site to your VisioGalaxia account, identified by a token. Visit https://visio.galaxia.paris to create your account.

Do my visitors need to install an application?

No. The video call takes place directly in your visitor's browser, with no download or sign-up.

Does the button appear on every page?

Yes. Once the token is set, the button appears across all pages of your site, in a fixed position.

What happens when I am offline?

If you have enabled it in your VisioGalaxia dashboard, visitors can leave you a message in a chat-style window (optionally preceded by your questionnaire). You receive each message by email, with the visitor's address as reply-to: answering them is a simple reply in your mailbox. The message form is protected against robots (signed challenge, honeypot, rate limits). Depending on the options you enable, visitors can also book an appointment on your next available slot, or leave their email to be automatically notified as soon as you are back online.

How am I notified of an incoming call?

You receive sound and visual notifications in your VisioGalaxia dashboard. To receive calls, keep your dashboard open in a browser tab, allow browser notifications, and set your status to "Available".

Which browsers are supported?

Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Safari and Edge. The browser must be allowed to access your camera and microphone. Your visitors have nothing to install: any modern browser works on their side too.

Can visitors reach me without being on camera?

Yes, if you enable these channels in your dashboard: visitors can start an audio-only call (microphone, no camera) or a live text chat, which you receive and answer like a regular incoming call.

Is the VisioGalaxia service free?

Yes. You get 10 video calls per month with all the core features (questionnaire, queue, whiteboard), with no subscription and no payment details required. Once your monthly credit is used up, nothing is charged and nothing is asked of you. See https://visio.galaxia.paris for details.

Are the calls secure?

Yes. Calls are end-to-end encrypted (AES-256-GCM with perfect forward secrecy, TLS 1.3): new encryption keys are generated for each call, and the servers cannot access the content of your conversations. Data is hosted in France, never leaves the European Union, and the service is GDPR compliant. What language is the widget displayed in?

The widget interface automatically follows your visitor's browser language (English or French). Your own texts — custom button label, questionnaire questions — always stay exactly as you wrote them. You can also force a language in the plugin settings.

Can people reach me outside my WordPress site?

Yes. Your VisioGalaxia account includes a personal call link and a QR code that work independently of WordPress: share them by email, on social networks or on business cards, and people can call you the same way as from your website.

What happens if I do not enter a token?

Nothing is displayed. The button only appears when a valid token is saved.

I regenerated my token, what should I do?

Regenerating your token from the VisioGalaxia dashboard invalidates the previous one, so the button disappears from your site. Paste the new token in Settings > VisioGalaxia and save: the button comes back immediately.

What data is sent to the VisioGalaxia service?

The plugin loads the v.js script from visio.galaxia.paris, passing it your token (and your display preferences, if any). Call handling, offline messages and the related data are managed by the VisioGalaxia service, in accordance with its privacy policy.
