- Install and activate the plugin from your WordPress dashboard.
- Create your account on https://visio.galaxia.paris and copy your token from the "Integration code" section.
- In WordPress, go to Settings > VisioGalaxia.
- Paste your token, then save.
- (Optional) Choose the shape, text, position, color and language of the button.

Do I need a VisioGalaxia account?
Yes. The plugin links your WordPress site to your VisioGalaxia account, identified by a token. Visit https://visio.galaxia.paris to create your account.
Do my visitors need to install an application?
No. The video call takes place directly in your visitor's browser, with no download or sign-up.
Does the button appear on every page?
Yes. Once the token is set, the button appears across all pages of your site, in a fixed position.
What happens when I am offline?
If you have enabled it in your VisioGalaxia dashboard, visitors can leave you a message in a chat-style window (optionally preceded by your questionnaire). You receive each message by email, with the visitor's address as reply-to: answering them is a simple reply in your mailbox. The message form is protected against robots (signed challenge, honeypot, rate limits).
What language is the widget displayed in?
The widget interface automatically follows your visitor's browser language (English or French). Your own texts — custom button label, questionnaire questions — always stay exactly as you wrote them. You can also force a language in the plugin settings.
Can people reach me outside my WordPress site?
Yes. Your VisioGalaxia account includes a personal call link and a QR code that work independently of WordPress: share them by email, on social networks or on business cards, and people can call you the same way as from your website.
What happens if I do not enter a token?
Nothing is displayed. The button only appears when a valid token is saved.
What data is sent to the VisioGalaxia service?
The plugin loads the v.js script from visio.galaxia.paris, passing it your token (and your display preferences, if any). Call handling, offline messages and the related data are managed by the VisioGalaxia service, in accordance with its privacy policy.
