WALoops Order Notifications, COD Verification & Abandoned Cart for WooCommerce

Send real WooCommerce order messages on WhatsApp a minute after you install it. No Meta developer app, no access tokens, no phone number IDs: click Connect and your first 100 WhatsApp messages are free from the WALoops number. When you are ready, connect your own WhatsApp number and messages go out under your store's name, with no per-message charge from us. Your customers read WhatsApp. They do not read order emails. This plugin sends your WooCommerce order notifications on WhatsApp, asks cash on delivery buyers to confirm before you ship, and brings back shoppers who leave at checkout. Order notifications on WhatsApp Turn each message on or off with a switch:

• Order confirmation when an order is placed, separate for prepaid and cash on delivery orders.
• Order shipped when the order status changes to Completed, with the tracking number when you use a shipment tracking plugin.
• Order delivered when the order reaches a Delivered status (from a shipping or custom status plugin).
• Review request three days after the order is completed (off by default).

Messages use WhatsApp's approved order templates and show your product photo or store logo at the top. COD verification on WhatsApp Fake and impulse cash on delivery orders cost you shipping both ways. With COD verification on, every cash on delivery order gets a WhatsApp message with Confirm Order and Cancel Order buttons:

• Confirm adds a note to the order and marks it "COD confirmed" in your Orders list, so your team ships with confidence.
• Cancel cancels the order in WooCommerce (stock goes back automatically) and the buyer gets a confirmation.

A new WhatsApp column in the Orders list shows who confirmed, who cancelled and who has not replied yet. Abandoned cart recovery on WhatsApp When a shopper types their phone number at checkout and leaves without ordering, the plugin waits (30 minutes by default) and sends one WhatsApp reminder. The link in the message rebuilds their cart, coupons included, and opens checkout. Works with both the classic checkout and the block checkout. Orders that come back through a reminder get an order note. WhatsApp chat button (no account needed) A floating WhatsApp button on every page. Shoppers tap it and a chat with you opens, with a message already typed (it can include the page they were on). Choose left or right, desktop and mobile, with or without a label. Order on WhatsApp button (no account needed) An Order on WhatsApp button under Add to cart. It opens a chat with the product name, the chosen options, quantity and price filled in, so you can take orders in WhatsApp. Optional button on the cart page sends the whole cart. 1. Install and activate the plugin (WooCommerce must be active).
2. Go to WooCommerce → WhatsApp.
3. On Order messages, enter your email and WhatsApp number and click Connect for free. Your WALoops login is emailed to you.
4. Turn on the messages you want. COD verification, order confirmation, shipped, delivered and abandoned cart are on by default.
5. Optional: set up the Chat button and Order on WhatsApp tabs. These work without connecting.

When your 100 free messages are used, click Connect your own WhatsApp number and follow the steps in your WALoops dashboard. Sending moves to your number by itself once Meta approves your message templates.
