Upload Plugin: Download the plugin and upload it to your WordPress site under wp-content/plugins.
Activate: Navigate to the WordPress admin area, go to the 'Plugins' section, and activate the 'Blacklist Manager' plugin.
Database Setup: Upon activation, the plugin automatically creates the necessary database tables.
