To use Notiqoo, you need a dedicated mobile number that is not connected to WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business on any mobile device. This number is used exclusively for the WhatsApp Cloud API, allowing dependable WhatsApp order notifications, automated alerts, and customer communication. You can still receive calls and SMS on this number, but it cannot be used with the WhatsApp mobile app.
This is a mandatory requirement from Meta: a phone number can be used either for the WhatsApp API or the WhatsApp mobile app — not both.
