Ticket Manager is a WooCommerce extension that allows you to sell tickets for events, concerts, conferences, workshops, fundraisers, or private functions directly from your WooCommerce store. It integrates with WooCommerce to create and manage tickets, automate email confirmations, track attendees, and generate reports without relying on third-party ticketing services. This plugin helps store owners transform their WooCommerce site into a complete ticketing platform with event-specific customization and attendee management.

安装:

Minimum Requirements Automatic Installation
  1. Log in to your WordPress admin area.
  2. Go to Plugins > Add New.
  3. Search for Ticket Manager by PluginEver.
  4. Click Install Now, and then Activate.
Manual Installation
  1. Upload the plugin files to /wp-content/plugins/wc-ticket-manager/.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
Updating Automatic updates are supported. It is recommended to back up your site before updating.

How can I create a ticket?

Edit or add a new WooCommerce product and enable the “Sell Tickets” option. Configure the price and ticket details by navigating to Ticket Options. Once saved, the ticket product will be ready for sale.

Can I customize the ticket template?

Yes. You can adjust ticket prefixes, suffixes, and numbering in the Ticket Options tab from the Product Data section. The email template can also be customized under Ticket Manager > Settings > Emails.

How do I manage attendees?

From the Ticket Manager section, view and manage attendee lists, mark check-ins, and export attendee data in CSV format.

Can I use coupons for tickets?

Yes. Use WooCommerce’s Marketing > Coupons section to create and apply discount codes for specific events or ticket products.

How to export ticket data?

You can export ticket data by going to the “Ticket Manager” menu in your WordPress dashboard, selecting the “Tools” sub-menu, and then clicking the “Export” tab. From there, choose the data you want to export, such as sales records, attendee lists, or other metrics, and download it in CSV format for analysis or external use.
