WDOnline Wholesale for WooCommerce adds flexible wholesale pricing to WooCommerce while leaving normal retail customers unchanged. Features include:

All wholesale prices entered in the plugin are net prices excluding VAT/tax. WooCommerce calculates tax using the product tax class and customer location.
