Can WEAM replace multiple WooCommerce plugins?
Yes. WEAM combines product attribute editing, variation management, product health checks, cost price tracking, and delete protection into one plugin. Most stores can remove 2-4 separate plugins after installing WEAM.
Does WEAM check my products for errors?
Yes. Product Health runs 8 live checks on every product: missing images, empty descriptions, missing SKUs, pricing errors, stock issues, missing categories, gallery problems, and duplicate SKUs. Pro adds a full catalog scanner with 6 specialized tabs and scheduled scans.
Can I edit WooCommerce variations faster with WEAM?
Yes. The Variation Editor provides inline editing, pagination, and a cleaner layout than the default WooCommerce variation interface. This feature is included free.
Does WEAM track cost prices and margins?
Yes. A cost price field is built into the product editor for free. Pro adds cost price scheduling, margin warnings, and automated price alerts.
Does this plugin require WooCommerce?
Yes, WEAM extends WooCommerce's product editing functionality. WooCommerce must be installed and active.
Will this work with my theme?
WEAM works in the WordPress admin area and does not affect your storefront appearance. It is compatible with any theme that supports WooCommerce. The only frontend feature is Attribute Icons (Pro), which displays visual icons on product pages via shortcode.
Does it support variable products?
Yes. WEAM fully supports simple and variable products. The built-in Variation Editor makes variation management significantly faster than the default WooCommerce interface.
What happens to my data if I deactivate the plugin?
Nothing. WEAM uses standard WooCommerce data storage. Your product data, attributes, and variations remain unchanged. Deactivating returns you to the default WooCommerce interface.
Is it compatible with WPML and Polylang?
Yes. WEAM works with standard WooCommerce attributes, which are fully supported by WPML, Polylang, and other translation plugins.
