WEB Naisen is a hosted voice reception service for websites. This plugin adds the official WEB Naisen widget to a WordPress site without requiring theme file changes. The plugin is a lightweight integration. It does not run the WebRTC calling system inside WordPress. It loads the hosted WEB Naisen widget and connects visitors to the WEB Naisen service. Features: A WEB Naisen account and siteKey are required. Free and paid service plans may be available. See the WEB Naisen service website for current availability.

安装:

  1. Install WEB Naisen from the WordPress Plugin Directory, or upload the web-naisen folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
  2. Activate the plugin from the Plugins screen in WordPress.
  3. Open Settings > WEB Naisen.
  4. Enter the siteKey generated in the WEB Naisen dashboard.
  5. Choose the widget position and display pages, then save the settings.

Is a WEB Naisen account required?

Yes. A WEB Naisen account and siteKey are required to use the widget.

Where can I get a siteKey?

Create a site in the WEB Naisen dashboard. Copy the data-site-key value from the generated installation tag and paste it into the plugin settings.

Can an agency or developer test the installation?

Yes. An agency or developer may test installation with their Google account. Before production use, reconnect the site to the WEB Naisen account owned by the site operator or subscribing company. The siteKey and site settings should be managed by the organization that uses the service.

Are call recordings stored in WordPress?

No. This plugin only installs the WEB Naisen widget. Calls, history, recordings, and related service data are managed by the hosted WEB Naisen service.

Can I choose where the widget appears?

Yes. The widget can appear on all public pages, the front page, posts and pages, posts only, pages only, or shortcode locations only.

Does the plugin communicate with an external service?

Yes. The plugin loads the widget from web-naisen.rizz.jp and communicates with the WEB Naisen API. See the External services section for the data sent, purpose, and applicable policies.
