Dynamic Placeholders Mark parts of your design as dynamic so they sync with your WordPress content automatically:

• Title placeholder — Pulls the post title from your site. Set a character limit in the design and longer titles will be truncated with an ellipsis automatically.
• Image placeholder — Merges your uploaded design dimensions with the image from your site. If your image is square the result is square; if it is rectangular, it stays rectangular. Your original aspect ratio is always preserved.

How to Use Designs

1. Create or edit a design template in the Webixso editor on webixso.com.
2. Mark your text and image elements for automation using the right-hand panel.
3. Save the design.
4. In your WordPress plugin, open the account settings and toggle on Share with design.
5. Select your saved design and hit save. From that point on, every post shared through that account will automatically feature your professional layout.

Share from the WordPress Editor Pick connected social media accounts directly from the post editor sidebar. Select one or multiple profiles, then publish your WordPress post — it gets shared instantly. When a share succeeds, you receive a clear notification confirming it reached your networks. Need to share a post again? Use the Share Again button right from the sidebar. Smart Automation Rules Configure automatic sharing rules so your content goes out without manual effort:

• Enable auto posting per account so new posts are shared the moment they go live.
• Filter by categories and tags to ensure only relevant content reaches each social profile.
• Set daily limits to control posting frequency and prevent over-posting.
• Configure server cron for accounts with daily limits to ensure reliable, scheduled delivery.

How to Set Up Auto Posting

1. Go to Webixso → Accounts in your WordPress admin.
2. Click the gear icon on the account you want to automate.
3. Toggle on Auto Posting.
4. Optionally set category/tag filters and a daily posting limit.
5. If you set a daily limit greater than 0, configure a server cron as described in the settings page.
6. Save your settings.

New posts matching your rules will be shared automatically. How to Filter Posts by Category or Tag Only publish certain posts to specific social media accounts:

1. Open the account settings (gear icon) for the desired profile.
2. Select which categories or tags must be present for auto posting.
3. Save your settings.

Now only posts matching your criteria will be auto posted to that account. How to Stop Auto Posting for Individual Posts Override automatic posting on a per-post basis:

1. Edit any WordPress post.
2. In the Webixso sidebar panel, deselect the accounts you do not want to share to.
3. Publish or update the post.
