The popup can also read or spell the word aloud using the browser's built-in speech synthesis (no audio is downloaded). This helps users with cognitive disabilities, language learners, or those with dyslexia. Nothing is requested until the visitor double-clicks a word, and site owners can leave the Dictionary tool out of their preset entirely.

Yes, optionally. The "Usage statistics" setting (on by default, can be switched off under Settings) counts, per day, which toolbar tools visitors used. The counts are stored only in your own WordPress database (option websac_usage_statistics) and shown on the plugin dashboard; nothing is sent to us or to any third party. To tell one browser from another the toolbar sets a random first-party cookie websac_browser_key (1 year) — it contains no personal data and is removed again when the setting is off.
