How to use this plugin
After installing plugin navigate to:
Dashboard -> NM Website Contact Settings
To create form navigate to:
Dashboard -> NM Website Contact Settings -> CreateForms Settings
How to show Form on front-end
Once you created Forms, you can copy the shortcode against each Form and Paste it into Page/Post
