Is Webwall Proposal Builder free?
Yes. You can install it from WordPress.org and use the free proposal workflow without paying. Pro is optional.
Can I create proposals without Pro?
Yes. Clients, services, proposal editing, calculations, preview, and print work without a Pro license.
Can I print proposals in the free version?
Yes. Open preview and use Print. PDF download is a Pro feature.
Does it support PDF?
PDF download is included in Pro. The free version uses on-screen preview and print.
Can I send proposals by email?
Email sending is a Pro feature. The free version does not send proposal email.
Does it track when a proposal is opened?
Open tracking is Pro, and only after a Pro site sends a tracked email. The free build does not turn tracking on.
Can I manage clients and services?
Yes. Both are part of the free version.
Does it support recurring services?
Yes. A line item can be one-off or recurring, including prepayment terms. That is available in the free editor.
Does it support English and Greek?
Yes. English is the source language. A Greek translation is included. The administration language follows the WordPress locale.
Does it require WooCommerce?
No.
Does it require an external account?
No. You can skip Freemius connect and use the free features. An account is only needed if you opt in, manage a license, or upgrade.
What data does Freemius process?
Only if you opt in, connect, view pricing, or activate a license. See Privacy / External Services. Opt-in is not required for the free workflow.
What happens if I upgrade to Pro?
Existing clients, services, and proposals stay in the same tables. You gain PDF, email, tracking, filters, workflow, trash, versions, extra cover themes, and templates. Schema version stays 1.
Can clients approve a proposal on a public page?
No. This plugin builds and previews the proposal in WordPress. You print it or, with Pro, send a PDF/email. There is no public accept/decline link.
