How It Works:

WooCommerce Integration: When WooCommerce is active, the plugin automatically syncs your product catalog including names, prices, categories, descriptions, images, and stock status. The voice agent can answer product questions, recommend items, and take orders. External Service Notice: This plugin relies on two Woizer services, operated by Woizer:

• api.woizer.com (your Woizer account). When you connect the site, the plugin sends its published pages and posts, navigation, contact details, opening hours (from Rank Math or Yoast Local SEO, when set), shipping zones and, with WooCommerce, its products as WooCommerce's Store API lists them, so Woizer can build your AI assistant. When your products or their stock change, it sends the updated product list (in the background, a minute later), and again every six hours. When you edit a page or post, it sends the site's pages again (five minutes later). When you disconnect, it tells Woizer. Nothing is sent before you connect, and password-protected pages are never sent. After you connect, Woizer may also visit your site's public pages, the way a visitor would, to learn its navigation and colors.
