Yes. This plugin connects WooCommerce to Slynk's paid managed integration service and does not provide standalone synchronisation. The service is billed monthly and includes onboarding, Epos Now API access, training and support. View current pricing.
Yes. Choose the platform where your team will maintain product information and stock. They do not have to be the same; for example, you can manage product details in WooCommerce while Epos Now controls stock.
Most changes are sent within minutes. Occasional delays can happen if either platform is busy or temporarily unavailable.
Yes. Product Linker can suggest matches using SKU, barcode and name, and lets you review or create links manually.
Yes. Choose which Epos Now shops or locations should supply stock to your website. You can combine availability from selected locations to suit the way you fulfil online orders.
Yes. WooCommerce orders and customer details can be sent to Epos Now. Refunds are supported and are configured during onboarding to match the way your team works.
Common setups include simple and variable products, multipacks, measured products and Epos Now master-and-child products. The official WooCommerce Product Bundles, Mix and Match Products and Composite Products extensions are also compatible. We confirm unusual catalogue structures during onboarding.
No. Product images are not currently synchronised between Epos Now and WooCommerce.
Yes, but each WooCommerce website requires its own integration subscription and configuration.
