- Upload the
workzen-connectorfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory, or download and install via the WordPress plugins screen - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- Go to WorkZen → Configuration in your WordPress admin
- Enter your Integration Key from your WorkZen account
- Configure which form integrations you want to enable
- Test your connection using the API Testing buttons
- Enjoy automatic lead capture, and never miss a lead again!

Where do I get my Integration Key?
Log in to your WorkZen account and navigate to Settings → Integrations → WordPress to generate your integration key. See the first screenshot for guidance.
Which form plugins are supported?
See the updated list in the Description section above. If your favorite form plugin is missing, please contact us!
What happens if the API request fails?
Failed requests are automatically added to a retry queue and will be retried up to 3 times at 5-minute intervals.
Can I test the connection before going live?
Yes! The Configuration page includes "Test API Connection" and "Send Test Lead" buttons to verify your setup.
What data is sent to WorkZen?
The usual suspects: name, email, phone, address, message, and any additional metadata we may capture from the form submission.
Is my data secure?
All data is transmitted over HTTPS to the WorkZen API. The plugin uses WordPress's built-in wp_remote_post() function for secure API communication.
How do I enable the floating action buttons?
Go to WorkZen → Floating Buttons in your WordPress admin. Enable the master toggle, then configure individual buttons (Phone, WhatsApp, Contact Form, Online Booking) and customize the design (size, icon, color, position).
Can I customize the floating button colors and size?
Yes! Choose from 3 sizes (32px, 64px, 128px), select from our professional icons, and pick any color - the plugin automatically generates a beautiful gradient darker for depth.
Can I use different phone numbers for Call and WhatsApp?
Absolutely! The plugin allows separate phone numbers for the call button and WhatsApp button, giving you complete flexibility.
Will the floating buttons work on mobile devices?
Yes! The buttons are fully responsive and work perfectly on all devices. Tooltips are desktop-only for a cleaner mobile experience.
Can customers book appointments directly from my website?
Yes! Enable the Online Booking button in WorkZen → Floating Buttons. Customers can select services, choose dates/times based on your availability, and submit booking requests directly to your WorkZen CRM.
