详情介绍:
- 19 widgets: star strip, rating card, latest review, carousel, grid, testimonial wall, list, quote slider, ticker, rating breakdown, photo reviews, featured review, reviews with replies, trust seal, and floating badge, pop-ups, sticky bar and side tab. All 19 are included on every Wowpilot plan, the free one too.
- A block for the block editor, a shortcode for everything else, and a classic widget for sidebars and footers.
- Automatic placement: a widget under every post, or a floating badge on every page, switched on with one tick.
- Widgets draw in their own sandbox (Shadow DOM), so your theme's styles can't break them and they can't break your theme.
- Your rating next to the price or the Add to cart button.
- A "Customer reviews" tab showing reviews from customers who bought that product (or your shop reviews while it has none).
- Stars under products on shop pages — only for products with reviews of their own; your shop rating is never passed off as a product rating.
- A trust widget on the cart and checkout.
- Automatic review invitations a set number of days after an order is completed, naming the products bought, with an optional opt-in checkbox at checkout (classic and block checkout). Orders refunded or cancelled in the meantime are skipped. Compatible with High-Performance Order Storage.
- "Rate us" stars for posts and pages. A reader who clicks a star goes to Wowpilot with that star selected and writes the review there — where it is moderated, so your reviews stay credible.
- Send invitations by hand from WordPress and follow what happened to each one.
- An overview: rating, star breakdown, reviews in the last 30 days and the latest reviews.
- A reviews inbox with a "Needs a reply" filter, where you (and your Editors) can post public replies.
- Your site fetches the widget data from Wowpilot and caches it for 15 minutes. Visitors' browsers never contact Wowpilot to load a widget, and the plugin sends nothing about your visitors.
- No "Powered by" line unless you turn it on.

常见问题:
Do I need a Wowpilot account?
Yes. The plugin shows the reviews of your business page on Wowpilot. Creating an account and claiming your page is free, and every widget works on the free plan.
Do WooCommerce product pages show product reviews?
They show reviews from customers who bought the product: the invitation sent after an order names the products, and the review is linked to them. They are reviews of your shop written by real buyers of that product.
Can visitors write a review on my site?
They start on your site with the "Rate us" stars and write the review on Wowpilot. Reviews are written and moderated there so that nobody can fill your page with reviews that cannot be checked.
What does a paid Wowpilot plan add?
Things Wowpilot itself does for you: emailing invitations to your customers (by hand or after WooCommerce orders), publishing your public replies, showing reviews imported from other platforms in your widgets, and rating data for search engines. The plugin and all its widgets are free to use.
Will the widgets slow my site down?
No external script is loaded: the widget code ships with the plugin, and the review data is cached on your server. Only the reviewers' profile pictures and your logo load as images from Wowpilot.
How do I disconnect?
Wowpilot → Overview → Disconnect revokes the plugin's key on Wowpilot and removes the cached reviews. Deleting the plugin removes all its settings.
