From your WordPress dashboard

1. Visit 'Plugins > Add New'
2. Search for 'wplinkbuilder'
3. Install WP Link Builder from the WordPress directory
4. Activate WP Link Builder from your plugins page

From WordPress.org

1. Download WP Link Builder.
2. Upload the "wp_linkbuilder" directory to your "/wp-content/plugins/" directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc...)
3. Activate WP Link Builder from your plugins page

Configuring the plugin

1. After activating the plugin a "WP Link Builder" link will be added to the admin menu
2. Clicking that link to visit the plugin's dashboard
3. Start the configuration wizard which will guide you through the settings process
4. You need to enable the link promotion feature before the plugin can promote your backlinks
