WordPress Login Form allows you to create a simple login form for use anywhere on the front end of your WordPress site. You can add it to a post, page or your sidebar with a shortcode.
安装:
- Go to the Add New plugins screen in your WordPress Dashboard
- Click the upload tab
- Browse for the plugin file (wp-login-form.zip) on your computer
- Click "Install Now" and then hit the activate button
