From your WordPress dashboard

Download WP-SEOstats.
Upload the 'WP-SEOstats' directory to your '/wp-content/plugins/' directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc...)
Activate WP-SEOstats from your Plugins page.
Visit 'Setting > WP-SEOstats'.
