Yaxii Shipping Manager

Yaxii Shipping Manager is a dedicated WooCommerce shipping setup tool for Algeria. It replaces slow, manual wilaya-by-wilaya zone building with a guided admin screen that generates, previews, and manages your Algeria WooCommerce shipping zones — supporting the current 69-wilaya structure and legacy 58-wilaya compatibility for older store setups. Every change starts as a reviewed, editable preview. Nothing is written to your store's WooCommerce configuration until you confirm it, and zones the plugin did not create are left alone by default. Built for Algeria's WooCommerce and cash-on-delivery merchants

• Generate WooCommerce shipping zones covering Algeria's current 69-wilaya structure, with a legacy 58-wilaya compatibility mode for older store setups.
• Reference commune/city data for coverage review as you plan your wilaya-level rollout.
• Add and update Yaxii-managed flat rate shipping methods for home delivery and office/stopdesk delivery — the two delivery types most Algerian cash-on-delivery (COD) stores rely on.
• Manage prices, labels, and enabled status for Yaxii-managed methods from one screen.
• Detect existing Yaxii COD Theme shipping zones so the generator can avoid creating duplicate coverage for the same wilaya.

Protects what you already have

• Manual WooCommerce zones, Yaxii COD Theme zones, external Yaxii-looking zones, and duplicate zones are kept protected and read-only unless they are verified as Yaxii-managed.
• Read-only diagnostics show WooCommerce readiness, protected zones, and compatibility risks before any change is applied.
• The setup removal tool removes only verified Yaxii-managed zones and methods, and only after an explicit confirmation step.

Local-first, no tracking The plugin does not send store data to remote services, does not use telemetry or analytics, and does not load remote scripts, styles, or fonts. Everything runs on your own WordPress site. Current scope This release manages WooCommerce shipping zones and pricing at the wilaya level. Commune/city reference data is included for coverage review only; commune-level and city-level pricing are not implemented in this release. Third-party provider table imports (Yalidine, ZR Express, Maystro, etc.) and YSF sync are not active in this release. The plugin does not adopt, convert, or edit manual WooCommerce zones, and it is built specifically for Algeria rather than global/worldwide shipping.

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/yaxii-shipping-manager directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen.
2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
3. Open Yaxii Shipping Manager from the WordPress admin menu.
4. Review diagnostics before generating or updating WooCommerce shipping zones.

WooCommerce must be active before the plugin can read or update WooCommerce shipping zones.
