Products are connected individually. You can select several products from the plugin dashboard, or use the Yektabot column in the product list or the connection switch above the Publish/Update button. A draft product connects after publication. If its structure changes between simple and variable, or variations are added or removed, reconnect it with the new settings. After the initial connection, ongoing two-way synchronization covers price and stock.

PHP 8.1 or later is required. Existing store connection settings are retained, but products must be selected and connected using the new product connection controls to continue synchronization. Check these connections after upgrading.

The connection creates a WooCommerce REST API key with read/write access and shares its consumer key and consumer secret with Yektabot over HTTPS to manage products and orders. This also allows access to customer and order data available through the WooCommerce API. You can revoke the key from WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API.

The plugin communicates with app.yektabot.com after an administrator explicitly connects the store. The connection sends the store and return URLs, temporary verification state, selected account details and the WooCommerce API credentials described above. Connection, disconnection and payment-setting actions also share account and connection IDs, plugin version, store URL, gateway names, payment-enabled status and callback URL to keep the service configured. Product connection, disconnection, status checks and synchronization communicate with the service. Connecting a selected product sends its identifiers, name, description, SKU, prices, stock, variation details and image URLs, together with the selected connection settings. Subsequent product webhooks are limited to connected products and may also include categories and attributes. Signed requests from Yektabot update the price and stock of connected products. Draft connection choices are saved locally until the product is published. When the optional payment flow is enabled and used, the signed payment token, result, gateway name, payment reference and verification details are sent to Yektabot to update the corresponding order. Payment services are contacted only when their gateway is selected and used. Merchant credentials are read from the store's existing WooCommerce gateway settings. A merchant account is required; gateway fees and conditions are separate from this plugin. Zarinpal: api.zarinpal.com creates and verifies payments; customers are redirected to https://www.zarinpal.com/ to pay. Requests contain the merchant ID, amount, callback URL, order description and, if supplied in the signed request, the customer's mobile number. Zibal: gateway.zibal.ir creates and verifies payments and receives customers for payment. Use the disconnect action on the Yektabot plugin page and revoke the Yektabot REST API key in WooCommerce if it remains listed. You can also deactivate the plugin. Deactivation does not request deletion of data already stored by the external service; contact Yektabot for those requests.

No. Payment gateways are optional external services. You need your own supported merchant account and gateway settings. Gateway transaction fees and service conditions are separate from this plugin.
