Zivooo is the all in one SEO, GEO and AEO platform: keyword and prompt research, article writing, page audits, rank and AI answer tracking, and publishing, for Google and for AI answers, in one place. There is no subscription and no limit on sites, articles, audits or research. You start free and pay only for what you use.
This plugin is the publishing end of it. Paste one key, and the articles you finish in Zivooo arrive here as real posts: formatted, illustrated, filed under the right category, and carrying the structured data that search engines and AI answer engines read. Publish them one at a time, or let your schedule in Zivooo publish them for you.
Key features
- Hands off publishing. Publish an article in Zivooo, or let your schedule do it, and it lands here as a post. There is no export, no copy and paste, and no formatting cleanup afterwards.
- Schema in the page head. Every article carries its JSON-LD structured data, printed in the
<head> where search engines and AI answer engines actually look for it, not stitched into the body where it usually gets stripped.
- Images in your Media Library. Article images are copied onto your own site and set as the featured image, so nothing hot-links an outside host and nothing breaks when storage moves.
- Category routing. Zivooo reads your existing categories and files each article under the one you picked, and can create a new category when you ask it to.
- Author control. Choose which user articles are published as. Anyone on your site who can publish posts can be the byline.
- Works with your SEO plugin. Yoast SEO and Rank Math are detected automatically, and the page level schema they already output is skipped, so you never end up with duplicate Article or Breadcrumb markup.
- Safe refreshes. When Zivooo updates a published article, the permalink, the publish state and any category you changed in WordPress all stay exactly as you left them.
- Signed requests only. Every request is verified with an HMAC SHA256 signature derived from your key. Anything unsigned or mis-signed is rejected before it reaches your database.
- Organization schema on every page. Your company's name, description and profiles (LinkedIn, Crunchbase and so on) from Zivooo, with your site's own logo, go into Organization JSON-LD, so search engines and AI assistants connect your site to who you are. With Yoast SEO or Rank Math active, they are added to that plugin's own Organization instead of printing a second one.
- Meta description, set for you. Every article's meta description, the one Zivooo writes and scores, is printed in the page head. With Yoast SEO, Rank Math or SEOPress active, it fills that plugin's description field instead, and never replaces one you wrote yourself.
- AI traffic counts, if you want them. Turn it on and the plugin counts, per page and per day, visits from AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and others) and visitors arriving from AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Claude). Your Zivooo Performance page shows which pages AI tools read and which ones send you visitors. Off until you turn it on.
What Zivooo costs
The plugin is free. Zivooo itself has no subscription and no plans: every action is priced in credits, and every price is shown before you click.
- Free to start. New accounts get 1,000 credits with no card, enough to set up your site and its content plan.
- Pay for what you use. A finished article, researched from the pages that already rank and the AI answers for its keyword, then scored on 40+ factors, is about 149 credits ($1.49).
- Credits never expire. Packs start at $15. Take a month off and you pay nothing.
External services
This plugin connects your site to Zivooo, an external third party service at
https://zivooo.com. The plugin is only useful with an active Zivooo account.
The plugin never initiates a connection to Zivooo on its own. It has no cron jobs, no background checks and no telemetry. Everything below happens only in response to a request that Zivooo signs with the key you paste on the settings screen:
- Zivooo sends article content to your site: title, body HTML, excerpt, slug, category, JSON-LD schema and image URLs. The plugin creates or updates a post from it.
- The plugin replies with the resulting post ID, title, permalink, status and modified date, so Zivooo knows what it published here. The same applies to the read endpoints Zivooo uses to reconcile: one returns the posts this plugin created, one returns your post categories.
- While handling a publish, the plugin downloads that article's images from Zivooo storage into your Media Library. This is the only outbound HTTP request the plugin makes.
- Zivooo sends your company's name, description and profile URLs, which the plugin stores and prints as Organization schema, with the logo set in your theme (or your site icon).
- Only if you turn on "AI traffic" on the settings screen: Zivooo can read the daily visit totals described under Privacy. With it off, that request returns nothing.
No user accounts or personal data are sent anywhere.
Zivooo's terms of service are at

Privacy
The plugin does not collect, store or transmit personal data to any third party. It stores one secret key in your site options, used solely to verify that incoming requests really came from Zivooo.
The optional AI traffic counts are off by default. When you turn them on, the plugin keeps, for 90 days, one number per page per day per AI crawler or AI assistant: the date, the page path, which crawler or assistant, and a count. Crawlers are recognized by their published user agent names. Only real pages are counted: not 404s, feeds or redirects, and visits from AI assistants only on posts, pages and the home page. A visitor from an AI assistant is recognized in their browser by the referring site or the link's utm_source, and the page then posts the assistant's name and the page path to this site's own REST API. So that reloading the page does not count the visit twice, the browser tab's own sessionStorage notes that the page was counted; it is not a cookie, is never sent anywhere and is gone when the tab closes. No IP address, cookie, user agent string, or anything else that identifies a visitor is stored or sent. Turning the setting off stops counting, and deleting the plugin deletes the counts.
