详情介绍:

This plugin stores messages to a database table as well as sends an email to the administrator when some one submit this contact form. ZWS Contact ensure both the html5 and server side validation.

安装:

Upload the entire zws-contact folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or directly install the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
A new plugin menu called ZWS Contact will appear upon activation of this plugin. ZWS Contact menu has two child menus Inbox and Form Configuration under it.
You can see all messages in Inbox and use Form Configuration to configure the form
Upon activation of this plugin a table named "zws_contact" would be automatically create to your database preceding with the table prefix. All messages will store in that table.
[zws_contact_form] is the shortcode to display the ZWS Contact form
