- Editorial roles — three roles created on activation, with granular permissions: Writer (writes and submits), Editor (edits and approves), Publisher (publishes approved posts).
- Post assignment — assign a post to an author in one click; the WordPress post author is updated automatically.
- Workflow statuses — move each post through a clear cycle: Draft, In progress, In review, Revision requested, Approved, Published, Archived. Switching to Published publishes the post in WordPress.
- Co-authors and byline — credit several contributors per post; the byline appears under the content automatically (can be enabled in the settings).
- Dashboard — an overview of tracked posts, breakdown by status, co-signed posts and active authors.
- Per-author statistics — post workload for each team member (total, approved, published).

- Upload the
aiforya-multi-authorfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install the plugin from the WordPress Plugins screen. - Activate the plugin from the Plugins menu.
- Open the AIFORYA Multi Author menu and assign your first posts from the Posts tab.
- Give your team the Writer, Editor or Publisher role from the WordPress Users screen.

Do I need an API key or an account?
No. The plugin runs entirely on your own server, with no API key and no external service.
Which roles does this plugin add?
Three editorial roles: Writer (writes and submits posts), Editor (edits and approves the writers' posts) and Publisher (publishes approved posts). Each role has permissions matching its place in the workflow.
How does the status workflow work?
Each assigned post follows a cycle: Draft, In review, Revision requested, Approved, Published. You move a post from one status to the next in the Posts tab. The Published status publishes the post in WordPress automatically.
How do I credit co-authors?
Add co-authors to a post from the Posts tab. If the option is enabled in the Settings, a byline listing the contributors appears under the post content.
What happens to my data if I uninstall the plugin?
You choose: the "Delete tables and options on uninstall" option (enabled by default, adjustable in the Settings) decides whether the workflow data and the editorial roles are removed when the plugin is deleted.

- Shared admin UI: the close button of the notice bar had a French
aria-label, which screen readers announced in French on an English site. It is now in English.
