- Upload the plugin folder to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
- Configure the table of contents behaviour and appearance in the plugin settings.
- Start editing post or page where you want to display TOC.
- Find the metabox "CM Table of Contents" and check the option "Enable Table of Contents on this post/page".
- Save the settings.
