Cybo Advanced Field Engine (CAFE) adds custom fields to WordPress with a visual field builder and a small, predictable PHP API:
echo esc_html( cafe_get_field( 'hero_title' ) );
Documentation:
www.cybowebtechnologies.com/cafe
CAFE works with
Elementor,
Gravity Forms and
WPML out of the box. Each integration starts only when that plugin is active.
Fast by design
- Values are stored in CAFE's own typed tables, not in wp_postmeta.
- All values of a post, term or user load with one query and are cached.
- Repeating content and galleries are stored as rows, never as serialized arrays.
Everything you need to build content
- A visual field builder with drag and drop, tabs, field widths and location rules.
- Text, choice, date, media, reference and layout fields, including repeating Collections and flexible Section Builders.
- Fields for posts, pages, custom post types, terms, users and Settings Pages.
- Front-end forms built from your field groups.
- Import and export of field groups.
- Appearance settings to match your brand: colors, corners, spacing and tab styles.
Elementor support
- CAFE Dynamic Tags for Text, URL, Image, Gallery, Number and Color controls of any widget, with the fields grouped by field group.
- Works on the page being viewed, in the Elementor editor, in loops and with Settings Page fields.
- A "CAFE Form" widget to place any CAFE form on an Elementor page.
Gravity Forms support
- A "Save to CAFE" feed saves answers into CAFE fields of a new post, the post Gravity Forms creates or the logged-in user. Uploaded files go into the media library.
- Drop Down, Multi Select, Radio Buttons and Checkboxes can take their choices from a CAFE choice field or a Collection.
{cafe:field_name} merge tags show CAFE values in confirmations, notifications, HTML fields and default values.
WPML support
- A translation setting per field: Translate, Copy, Copy once or Do not translate.
- Field group titles, labels and instructions are registered with WPML String Translation, or translated per language in the builder.
- Field names never change, so
cafe_get_field() works in every language. Translated images and attachments are followed.
Works with your site
- Translation ready.
- A Compatibility card in CAFE → Settings shows the status and version of WPML, Elementor and Gravity Forms.
- Uninstalling keeps your data unless you choose to delete it.
