1. Upload via WordPress Admin o Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress dashboard. o Search for Flex Import and click Install Now. o Once installed, click Activate to enable the plugin. 2. Manual Upload o Download the Flex Import plugin zip file from the WordPress.org repository. o In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. o Choose the flex-import.zip file, click Install Now, and then Activate. 3. Using Flex Import o Upon activation, you will be prompted to install the Flex Theme. If you haven’t installed it yet, follow the on-screen instructions. o After theme installation, open the Flex Import Dashboard from your WordPress menu. o Browse available templates, plugins, and widgets, and select the demo content you wish to import. o Click Import Demo and let Flex Import handle the rest. Your site will be populated with demo content, settings, and required plugins within moments.
