Please deactivate, delete and install Instagrate to WordPress.

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.
You can use the built in installer and upgrader, or you can install the plugin manually.
- Delete any existing
instapost-pressfolder from the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Upload
instapost-pressfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- Go to the options panel under the 'Settings' menu and add your Instagram account details and set the rest of configuration you want.
