You can either install it automatically from the WordPress admin, or do it manually:
Unzip the archive and put the folder into your plugins folder (/wp-content/plugins/).
Activate the plugin from the Plugins menu
Usage
Activate the plugin from the Plugins menu and control the settings from the 'Header Footer Templates' panel in the Customizer. Create a saved row template for your menu/header and link to it using the plugin.
