LexNova Content Types is a companion plugin for the LexNova WordPress theme. It registers the custom post types, taxonomies and Gutenberg blocks the theme's templates rely on, and adds a Demo Import screen so a fresh install can be populated with sample content in one click. Custom Post Types Demo Import / Export Found under Appearance → Demo Import. Requirements This plugin is intended to be used together with the LexNova theme; the custom post types and blocks it registers remain available after switching themes.

安装:

Manual installation (upload)
  1. Download the plugin ZIP file.
  2. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  3. Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now.
  4. Click Activate.
  5. (Optional) Go to Appearance → Demo Import to import sample content.
From the WordPress Plugin Directory (once published)
  1. Go to Plugins → Add New.
  2. Search for "LexNova Content Types".
  3. Click Install Now, then Activate.

常见问题:

Does this plugin work without the LexNova theme?

The custom post types and demo importer work standalone, but the Gutenberg blocks and templates are designed specifically for the LexNova theme and are built to be used together with it.

Where did my demo content go after I clicked "Delete Demo Content"?

Deleting demo content permanently removes the imported pages, practice areas, case studies, attorneys and menus. This action cannot be undone, so use it only on a test site or before you've added your own content.

Why does Import ask me to wait for Contact Form 7?

The demo content includes ready-made contact forms. If Contact Form 7 isn't active yet when you import, WordPress still creates the form entries, but Contact Form 7 won't recognize them later even after you activate it. The importer waits for Contact Form 7 to finish installing/activating first so the forms come in fully configured.
