lh-posse folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
- Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
- To enable pretty permalinks (e.g.
http://example.com/feed/lh-posse-fb/), go to Permalinks in the Setting menu and Save.
