To install the plugin, follow these steps:

1. Download the plugin from the WordPress repository.
2. In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Plugins > Add New.
3. Click the "Upload Plugin" button at the top of the page.
4. Choose the plugin zip file that you downloaded in step 1 and click "Install Now."
5. Once the installation is complete, click "Activate Plugin."

To create a new popup, follow these steps:

1. In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Popups > Add New.
2. Enter a title for your popup in the title field.
3. Use the WYSIWYG editor to enter the content for your popup. You can also use the Shortcode Generator to add buttons, forms, and other elements to your popup.
4. Use the Settings tab to configure the display and behavior of your popup. You can choose when and how the popup is triggered, as well as set other options such as the size and position of the popup.
5. Click the "Publish" button to save your changes and make the popup live on your site.
