1. Upload wp-admin-protection.php and recaptchalib.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to menu Users
4. Find your admin user and click edit
5. On administrator's detailed page, you will see Security Access Options and configure the access settings
