详情介绍:

StorePlus SiteGauge is a read-only WordPress performance health checker. It helps administrators identify common conditions that may contribute to a slow or unhealthy WordPress site without changing settings, deleting data, clearing caches, or modifying the database. The v1.0.5 dashboard includes a performance score and 20 diagnostic checks across Server, Database, WordPress, Cache, and Media. Included checks Read-only by design StorePlus SiteGauge does not automatically optimize your database, remove revisions, delete transients, change WordPress settings, disable plugins, alter themes, clear caches, or modify media files. Diagnostic results are generated when the dashboard is loaded. Version 1.0.5 does not store diagnostic history.

常见问题:

Does the plugin change my WordPress settings?

No. Version 1.0.5 is designed as a read-only diagnostic tool.

Does it delete revisions or expired transients?

No. It can report counts, but it does not delete them.

Does it clear or configure cache?

No. It only performs basic cache detection.

Does it send site data to an external service?

No external analytics or vendor API is used by this plugin. The REST API and loopback checks make short requests to the WordPress site's own URLs using the WordPress HTTP API.

Why is plugin count not automatically considered a critical problem?

Plugin count alone does not determine performance. A small number of inefficient plugins can be slower than a larger collection of well-built plugins. The result is therefore informational or a recommendation rather than a definitive performance judgment.

Does the large image scanner scan the entire Media Library?

No. To keep the diagnostic itself lightweight, version 1.0.5 checks up to the latest 100 image attachments and reports originals larger than 2 MB.
